As we monitor the evolving COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) developments, we want to assure you of NMI’s continuing availability to serve your Association. 

Our Allen office remains open and operational; however, we will be closed to the public beginning March 23rd through April 6th. During this time, we ask that you submit assessment payments through the on-line banking or by mail.  Architectural Applications should be submitted electronically or mailed.  We will continue to do our very best to be responsive to your needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines that may be established. We are hoping that beginning the week of April 6th, office hours will resume to normal.  We are actively monitoring the situation so that we can ensure the safety of our staff and clients.
